2007 Annual Report - "Keeping California Safe"

The OHS and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Joint Annual Report to the State Legislature details the expenditures of federal homeland security and bioterrorism funds and is drafted in collaboration with the Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES), California Volunteers, and the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA). The report provides an overview of the state's strategy to combat terrorism and details how federal homeland security and bioterrorism funds have been invested to better prepare California for all types of disasters.
